국내에서는 오아시스나 트래비스, 콜드플레이 등 여타의 브릿팝 밴드들에 비해 다소 평가절하 받는 모습이지만, 스테레오포닉스는 데뷔 앨범을 제외하고 모든 정규 앨범이 UK 앨범차트 1위를 기록했으며, 2000년대 이후 영국내에서 록 밴드들 중 가장 높은 판매 기록을 갖고 있는 상당한 위치의 밴드다. 어느덧 데뷔 10년이 다가오고 다섯번째 정규 앨범을 발표하게된 이들 3인조에게 본 앨범은 새로운 출발을 의미한다. 감성적인 팝과 블루지한 사운드로 다소 변화를 주었던 전작에 비해 본 앨범은 상당부분 데뷔 초기의 락적인 모습으로 돌아온 작품이다. 하지만 그대로의 모습은 아니고, 최근의 개러지록씬이나 80년대 뉴웨이브 사운드의 영향을 받은 듯한 곡들도 간간히 눈에 띈다. 또한 그동안 함께 했던 드러머 Stuart Cable를 대신해 새롭게 가입한 Javier Weyler과 레코딩한 첫 정규 앨범이기도 하다. 어쨌든 결과는 성공적인듯하다. 앨범은 물론 첫 싱글 Dakota는 빅히트를 기록하며 그들에게 첫 UK 싱글 차트 1위와 첫 미국 차트 진출곡이라는 새로운 기록을 가져다 주었다. 이 곡은 영국에서 2005년 최고의 싱글로 선정되기도 했다. 앨범에는 'Dakota' 이외에도 프론트맨 켈리 존스 특유의 시적이고 감성적인 가사가 돋보이는 'Superman', 'Rewind', 'Devil' 등 멋진 곡들을 수록하고 있다.
