데뷔 앨범보다 훨씬 더 강력해진 정통 헤비 메틀을 들고 나와 발매하자마자 1위로 등장했던 Skid Row의 두번째 앨범. 당시 국내에서는 멤버들의 수려한 외모로 자신들을 후원했던(-) 본 조비를 능가하는 엄청난 인기를 얻기도 했지만, 정작 이들이 추구했던 것은 자신들이 가장 존경해 마지않는 주다스프리스트의 강력한 헤비 메틀과 반항적인 펑크였다. 빼어난 프론트맨 세바스찬 바크 이외에도, 멜로디와 리프를 만들어내는데 뛰어난 개성을 갖고 있던 스네이크 세보를 비롯, 레이첼 볼란, 스카티 힐 등의 멤버들이 골고루 본 앨범에 공헌하고 있다. 우리에게도 익숙한 Wasted Time이나 In A Darkend Room같은 애절한 발라드부터 Monkey Business, Slave To Grind, Quicksand Jesus, Living on a chaingang, Psycho Love 외 많은 곡들이 사랑을 받았다.
