1999년 뉴욕 브루클린에서 결성된 포스트 펑크 밴드 Radio 4의 2004년 3번째 정규 앨범, Stealing of a Nation. 전작 Gotham!(2002)으로 평단과 마니아들의 뜨거운 호평을 받은 이후 2년만에 발표한 작품이다. 본 CD에는 포스트펑크 사운드와 경쾌한 댄스리듬이 멋지게 어울어진 Party Crashers와 State Of Alert 등의 싱글들을 비롯한 12곡과 메이킹 필름이 수록되어 있으며, 본 2CD 한정반에는 5곡의 리믹스 버전과 2곡의 뮤직 비디오가 포함된 보너스 CD가 포함되어 있다.
