1990년대 최고의 인디록밴드 중 하나였던 Pavement가 1995년 4월 발표했던 앨범으로 전작들과는 그 스타일에 있어 상당히 다른 노선을 걸으며 발매당시 비평가들과 팬들에게 다소 혼란을 주기도 했지만, 지금까지도 그들의 가장 인기 있는 앨범 중 하나로 당당히 인정받는 작품이다. 이들의 인디록의 명반들인 Slanted & Enchanted와 상업적으로도 성공적이었던 Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain 등과 비교해도 손색없는 수준으로, 역시나 뛰어난 실험성과 한수높은 음악적 센스의 소유자들임을 증명하고 있다.
한편 앞선 두 작품에 이어 마침내 발매 10주년을 기념해 디럭스 에디션 박스셋으로 재발매되었는데, 리마스터링은 물론 앞서 발매된 버젼들과 마찬가지로 뛰어난 아트워크로 무장한 디럭스 패키지에 가히 방대한 분량의 희귀 트랙들이 수록되었다. 무엇보다 구하기 거의 불가능했던 Pacific Trim의 EP와 Rattled by the Rush, Father to a Sister of Thought의 B 사이드 희귀 트랙들(총 18곡)이 실린 것이 눈에 띄며, 그외에도 BBC in-studio 등 각종 아웃테이크와 Wireless JJJ Radio, Australia 등의 다양한 비공개 라이브 등까지 2장의 CD에 무려 50곡이 수록되었다. 함께 제공되는 64 페이지의 책자 역시 소장성을 높이는데 부족함이 없다.
