오클라오마 스틸워터 출신의 얼터너티브 파워 팝 록 밴드 All-American Rejects의 3년만의 외출! 통산 3집앨범 [When The World Comes Down]

2002년 셀프타이틀 앨범으로 데뷰, 빌보드 모던록차트를 비롯 국내에서도 공전의 히트를 쳤던 'Swing, Swing' 2005년 두번째 앨범 [Move Along]에서 히트싱글 'Dirty Little Secret'으로 많은 인기를 얻은 이들은 아메리칸 얼터너티브 사운드, 이모록, 파워팝 사운드를 겸비한 인기 록밴드이다. 이번 신작은 Queens of the Stone Age, Third Eye Blind, Smash Mouth등의 앨범을 제작했던 Eric Valentine이 프로듀싱을 맡았으며 프로모션을 위해 미국의 유명한 밀크 캠페인 광고인 'Got Milk-'에 출연하기도 했다. 역시 베테랑다운 Eric Valentine의 감각이 빛나는 이번 앨범에는 Third Eye Blind풍의 경쾌한 리듬의 첫 싱글 'Gives You Hell' 그리고 11월 18일에 두번째로 싱글커트된 포크 얼터너티브 넘버 'Mona Lisa'로 대중적인 코드를 시도하면서 이들의 새로운 변신을 엿 볼 수 있는 대목이라 할 수 있다. 또한 베스트 세일링 비디오 게임 Madden NFL 09의 삽입곡 'Real World'도 수록되어 있다.
