1980년대말부터 90년대 중반까지 최고의 인기를 누린 Skid Row의 공식 베스트 앨범

본 베스트 앨범은 80년대말부터 90년대 중반까지 세바스찬 바크가 프론트맨으로 활동했던 Atlantic 레코드에서의 1-3집을 정리한 것이다. 3장의 앨범은 약간씩 다른 색깔임에도 불구하고 모두 훌륭한 퀄리티로 현재까지도 많은 팬들에게 좋은 평가를 받고 있다. 그외 2곡의 미발표 곡과 리믹스 버젼, 라이브, 데모 트랙 등을 다수 포함하고 있으며 기본적으로 선곡이 잘 되어있기 때문에 꽤 매력적임을 부인하기는 어렵다. 18 & Life와 Youth Gone Wild, I Remember You같은 말이 필요없고 Monkey Business, Quicksand Jesus, Slave To The Grind, My Enemy, Breakin′ Down 등 시원스럽고 기분좋게 들을 수 있는 곡들이 가득하다. 특히 신곡 Forever와 Fire In The Hole의 경우 이들이 한참 활동하던 1-2집 시절인 초기의 곡들인데, 2곡 모두 뭍혀 두기엔 너무나 아까운 좋은 곡들이다.
