라디오헤드가 1997년 3집 OK Computer 발표 후 일본 시장을 대상으로 No Surprises/Running From Demons라는 타이틀로 내놓은 스페셜 미니 앨범으로 그해 12월에 발표되었다. 일본에서만 발표된 앨범이고, No Surprises와 함께 정규 앨범에 수록되지 않은 5곡의 미발표 신곡들이 수록되어 있어 소장가치가 높다. Meeting In The Aisle은 라디오헤드가 발표한 최초의 연주곡 트랙이며, 본 EP에 수록된 Pearly는 팬들사이에서 비정규 트랙 중에는 비교적 알려진 곡이지만, Paranoid Android 싱글이나 Airbag/How Am I Driving- EP에 수록된 오리지널 버전과 다른 새롭게 믹싱한 버전으로 알려져 있다. OBI의 뒷면에는 당시 계획된 1998년 1월의 일본 투어 일정이 기록되어 있다.
