라디오헤드가 2집 The Bends를 발표하기 약 5달 전에 공개한 미니 앨범(EP)으로 원래 2장의 CD 싱글로도 발매되었다가 1장의 EP로 합쳐져 발매되었다. 밴드로서는 Drill(1992)과 Itch(1994)에 이어 3번째 EP이다. 본 미니 앨범에는 2집 The Bends의 프로듀서이자 스톤 로지즈나 버브의 데뷔 앨범 등의 명반들을 제작한 명프로듀서 John Leckie, 그리고 3집부터 제6의 멤버로 불리우는 Nigel Godrich와의 첫 작품이기도 하다. 비록 미니 앨범이지만 8곡으로 왠만한 정규 앨범에 버금가며, 질적으로도 우수하다. 본 앨범을 듣는다면 The Bends에서 보여준 놀라운 발전된 모습에 대해 미리 힌트를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.
