갈수록 성장하는 이 시대의 아티스트 Radiohead의 통산 5번째 정규 앨범 Amnesiac (2001년 作)

전작들과 마찬가지로 밴드의 전담 프로듀서라 할 수 있는 Nigel Godrich와 밴드가 공동 프로듀싱한 본 앨범은 2000년 10월에 발표된 Kid A 이후 채 1년이 되지 않아 발표되었지만 UK 앨범차트 1위와 US 빌보드 앨범차트 2위로 데뷔하며 이 시대 최고의 모던록밴드로서 존재감을 과시했다. 실험적인 사운드로 다소 찬반논란이 되기도 했던 전작 Kid A에 비교해 볼때, 이번 앨범은 전작과 마찬가지로 일렉트로니카, 앰비언트적인 분위기에 재즈적인 어프로치까지 차용하는 등 어느 정도의 실험성은 유지하면서도, OK Computer 또는 이전의 록적인 사운드를 좀더 사용하며 친화성은 높아졌다는 평을 받았다. 대체적으로 OK Computer와 Kid A의 중간쯤에 위치한 정도로 볼 수 있는 작품으로 볼 수 있다. 이례적으로 정식 싱글 한장 발표되지 않았던 Kid A와는 달리 "Pyramid Song", "I Might Be Wrong", "Knives out" 등 3곡의 싱글이 커트되며 대중적으로도 사랑받았다.
