라이브의 강자 Placebe의 최신 라이브 실황 We Come In Pieces!

열정적 록밴드 Placebo의 새로운 라이브 실황 DVD가 발매되었다. 이번 DVD는 2010년 9월 영국 런던의 명소 브릭스턴 아카데미 공연을 메인 콘서트로 수록하고 있으며, 보너스로 유럽, 아시아, 북미 등 세계 곳곳에서의 월드투어 영상이 수록되어 있다.
본 공연의 셋리스트에는 성공적으로 평가되는 최근 앨범 Battle For The Sun의 주요곡들은 물론, Nancy Boy, Teenage Angst 등 데뷔작부터 Every You Every Me, Special Needs, Meds 등 그들의 대표곡들이 치우침 없이 충실히 선곡되어 있어 나무랄데 없다. 한편 호평을 받은 지난 라이브 실황 DVD인 Soulmates Never Die에서는 Pixies의 명곡 Where Is My Mind를 프랜시스 블랙이 직접 무대에 올라와 함께 연주해 화제가 되었는데, 이번 공연에서는 Nirvana의 명곡 All Apologies가 그들의 버전으로 연주된다. 또한 런던에서의 메인 콘서트 이외에도 독일, 일본, 멕시코, 스위스, 벨기에에서의 라이브 실황이 보너스로 수록되어 있다. 그들의 팬은 물론, 스튜디오 앨범을 능가하는 에너지로 라이브에서 더욱 강한 매력을 발휘하는 밴드로서 후회없는 선택이 될 것이다.
