호주가 낳은 최고의 얼터너티브 록밴드 Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds가 2004년 Mute 레코드에서 발표한 더블 앨범으로 각각의 디스크에는 Abattoir Blues과 The Lyre Of Orpheus라는 별도의 타이틀이 붙어 있다. Blue October, Public Image Ltd, Gang of Four, Killing Joke, The Birthday Party, The Slits 등의 앨범 제작에 참여하며 포스트 펑크 장르에서는 대가로 인정받는 Nick Launay가 프로듀싱을 담당했다.
