건즈 앤 로지즈의 기타리스트였던 길비 클락의 1998년 두번째 솔로 앨범. 한마디로 길비 클락만의 색깔이 느껴지는 작품이다. 전작에 이어 경쾌한 메틀과 하드록 사운드를 중심으로 펑크/로큰롤이나 블루지한 스타일의 곡들도 간간히 들어있다. 길비 클락은 이 앨범에서 모든 기타와 보컬, 그리고 전작들과 마찬가지로 대부분의 곡에서 작곡을 맡고 있는데, 무엇보다 GN′R 시절에 슬래시에 가려 보기어려웠던 그의 플레이를 마음껏 느낄 수 있다는 점이 좋다. 그의 작곡 스타일은 1집을 들어봤다면 바로 알 수 있을 것이고, 스네이크핏 1집에서도 간간히 발견할 수 있다. LA적인 깔끔하고 경쾌한 로큰롤 사운드라고 볼 수 있을 것 같다. 연주에 있어서는 톤이나 연주 방식 등이 슬래시와는 확실히 다른 느낌이다. 그 중에서도 대표곡이라 할 수 있는 Kilroy Was Here나 Saturday Disaster와 제니스 조플린의 고전을 커버한 Mercedes Benz가 눈에 띈다. 한편 본 앨범에는 전작 Hangover에도 참여했던 라이언 록시(기타)를 비롯해 에릭 싱어(Badlands, Kiss, Alice Cooper), 필 수잔(Ozzy Osbourne), 제임스 로멘조(Pride & Glory, Megadeth), GN′R 시절의 테리 안드레시아스, Brian Tichy 등이 그와 절친한 동료 뮤지션들이 참여하고 있다.
