90년대 중반부터 2000년대 초반까지 브릿팝씬에서 활약했던 감성파 밴드 Gene의 1999년작, Revelations (리마스터 2CD 디럭스 에디션)

1980-90년대 영국 모던록의 전설 스미스를 잇는 섬세하고 멜랑콜리한 사운드로 유명한 이들은 1995년 데뷔 앨범 Olympian으로 영국 앨범차트 8위와 싱글 히트를 기록하며 기대이상의 성공을 거두었으며 이후에도 탄탄한 음악적 실력을 바탕으로 2집 Drawn To The Deep End (1997) 역시 좋은 반응을 얻었다. 2년만에 발표한 3집인 본 앨범에는 히트 싱글인 As Good As It Gets, Fill Her Up을 비롯해 13곡이 포함되어 있다.
