1971년에 제작된 핑크 플로이드의 특별한 컴필레이션 앨범으로, 1967년 3월에 발표된 이들의 역사적인 첫 공식 싱글인 Arnold Layne (시드 배릿이 작곡한 초기 명곡으로, 싱글 A사이드 트랙이지만 정규 앨범에는 미수록)을 비롯해 역시 비교적 잘 알려진 이들의 2번째 싱글 See Emily Play(1967년 발표된 싱글 A 사이드 트랙으로 역시 시드 배릿의 곡. 데뷔 앨범 The Piper at the Gates of Dawn의 US 버젼에만 수록)을 비롯해 1967년부터 1969년 사이에 발표된 싱글 및 B사이드 레어 트랙 등 핑크 플로이드의 초기작들의 흔적들이 담겨 있다. 본 앨범은 특히 핑크 플로이드에서 활동 당시 시드 배릿의 흔적이 남은 몇안되는 공식 음원이므로 초기 작품을 좋아하는 팬들이라면 필히 확인해봐야 레코딩이다.
