시애틀 그런지의 간판 스타 Pearl Jam의 데뷔 20년을 기념해 공개되는 카메론 크로의 다큐멘터리 영화 Twenty의 오리지널 사운드 트랙 앨범. 총 29 트랙을 수록한 더블 앨범으로 제작된 본 사운드트랙은 방대한 분량만큼이나 최근의 라이브 음원은 물론 펄 잼의 전신과도 같았던 밴드 머더 러브 본의 보컬 앤디 우드를 추모하는 프로젝트 밴드 Temple of the Dog의 히트곡 중 하나인 Say Hello 2 Heaven의 데모, 시애틀 동료 밴드였던 Alice In Chains의 곡 It Ain't Like That의 커버 버젼 등 각종 희귀 음원들이 대거 포함되어 있다. 패키지 또한 단순한 OST 앨범과는 차원이 다르게 다양한 희귀 사진과 코멘트가 수록된 36페이지의 하드커버 책자 형태로 정성스럽게 제작되어 특히 펄 잼의 팬들에겐 더욱 가치 높은 앨범이라 할 수 있다.
