프로그레시브 록의 거목, 핑크 플로이드를 위한 역대급 초호화 수퍼 헌정 앨범 Back Against The Wall (A Tribute To Pink Floyd)
프로그레시브록의 전설 Pink Floyd에게 헌정하기 위한 스페셜 앨범으로, 일반적인 트리뷰트 앨범과 달리 1979년 발표된 더블 앨범 명반인 The Wall 앨범을 선택해 전곡을 순서 그대로 커버하는 방식을 선택했다. 참여한 아티스트들의 명단을 보면 놀랍게도 King Crimson, Yes, ELP, Asia, Deep Purple, The Doors, Frank Zappa, Styx, Montrose, Toto, Dixie Dregs 등 1970-80년대 Pink Floyd와 함께 전성기를 보내며 동시대에 사이키델릭, 프로그레시브 록, 아트록계에서 라이벌이자 동료로 활동했던 여러 밴드들의 멤버이 대거 참여했다.
The Wall과 마찬가지로 총 26개 트랙으로 구성된 본 앨범은 첫 트랙 In The Flesh?에서 Adrian Belew (King Crimson), Alan White (Yes), Keith Emerson (ELP)가 참여했듯이 기존 각자의 밴드 멤버들끼리 연주한 것이 아니라, 대부분 다른 멤버들간의 연주가 주를 이룬다. Asia의 멤버인 Billy Sherwood가 주도한 본 앨범은 수많은 전설들이 하나의 목적을 위해 모여 스튜디오 합주를 듣는 것만으로도 그 가치는 충분하다 할 수 있다.
